At Life is Good, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges on all unworn and unwashed items within 60 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided by our portal to ensure your package is tracked and insured.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
